Charleston’s Restaurant located on Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City, only has one driveway entrance to their location from Northwest Expressway. The main sewer from the building was old orangeburg fiber and had collapsed under the entryway. Several options of repair had been given, all resulting in closing the restaurant for the repairs. Hi-Tech Plumbing & Leak Detect, Inc., provided an alternative that relocated the main sewer tap connection and pulled a new liner 70 feet long inside the existing pipe under the parking lot. Hi-Tech Plumbing & Leak Detect, Inc. was able to clean the drain line and perform the prep work while the restaurant was closed, then return the next night while again closed, to pull and install the liner in place. Utilizing the NUFLOW trenchless technology, cured-in-place (CIPP) repair method, Hi-Tech Plumbing & Leak Detect, Inc. was able to successfully repair the drain line, establishing a work schedule that allowed the restaurant to be open and not miss a single customer while repairing the line. Upon completion, Hi-Tech Plumbing & Leak Detect, Inc. was told that their final price was less than the quotes they had received to tear out the parking lot, that would have left them closed for weeks!!
